About Joe Sleeman

I learned to see what others miss.

Thirty years of building companies taught me one thing worth teaching: the better move is almost always already there. Most people just can’t see it yet.

The Pattern

Opportunity doesn't announce itself.

A market shifts.
A need goes unmet.
And most people look right past it.
I’ve spent more than 30 years building companies. Not studying them. Not advising from the outside. Building them. Running them. Fixing them when they broke. Some I sold. Some I closed. The ones here are the ones I’m running now.
And across all of it, the same pattern kept repeating: the best opportunities never showed up labeled. They came from a change others overlooked — a shift in the market, a gap nobody was serving, a signal buried in the noise.
For years I thought that was just instinct — something you either had or didn’t. Then I started paying attention to how I was doing it. The questions I asked. The signals I watched. The way I pressure-tested a decision before committing.
It wasn’t a gift. It was a method. And a method is something you can teach.
The Edge

Activity is everywhere.
Advantage is rare.

Most businesses are busy. They produce, they react, they keep up. Motion is easy to find.
Advantage is different. Advantage comes from seeing what’s changing before your competition does — and acting while there’s still room to act. That’s the gap between being busy and being early.
Most operators
The few who win
That difference — between reacting and reading what’s next — is the whole game.

The proof it works.

I didn’t learn this in a classroom. I learned it building real companies — and the method is what built them. That’s the difference between someone who talks about opportunity and someone who’s lived it.

01

A portfolio built on one repeatable edge

DemandWire, Talyza, VIP Texting, WatchSpotter — different markets, same origin. Each began as a change others overlooked, and became a real, operating business. The portfolio isn't the lesson. It's the evidence the lesson is real.

02

Built, not bet on

Every one is built by CenterSoft Technologies — my own software studio, shipping real software since 2008, for my own companies and for clients like Florida Atlantic University. I'm not teaching theory I read. I'm teaching what I've actually done.

03

Now made teachable

The same method behind those companies is what I've spent the last few years turning into something you can learn and apply to your own business — without the 30 years of expensive trial and error.

Why This Matters

The expensive mistakes are the ones you don't see coming.

I’ve made enough decisions to know the costly ones aren’t the bold moves. They’re the moments you couldn’t see the better option in time. The wrong hire. The wrong pricing. The wrong direction.
Not because you didn’t work hard. Because the better move was already there — and you couldn’t see it yet.
That’s exactly what I teach: how to see it earlier, decide with more clarity, and stop missing the move that’s already in front of you.

Learn to see what's next too.

I spent 30 years and a lot of expensive mistakes learning this. The courses are how I’ve made it learnable — so you can spot the move early instead of catching up to it later. Start with the methodology, or go straight to applying it to your business.
